Mayastoron

Mayastoron is an ecommerce website specialized in selling books online. It aims primarily to market the publications of the Ihyae foundation in addition to books from Moroccan Heritage by scholars and researchers from Morocco and Andalusia, both ancient and modern

My role was to improve the website design and build the entire sales funnel from online purchases to shipment logistics

I proceeded as follows

• Creating a new graphic identity

• Customizing the website theme to fit the new identity

• Customizing the website functionalities by focusing on simplicity and clarity

• Creating marketing campaigns for Facebook advertising

• Implementing automatic whatsapp responses for common requests

• Contracting with a transportation company for warehousing and shipping

• Building the complete system steps from order acquisition, confirmation, shipping and returns handling and testimonial gathering
