10+ years of work, for schools and training centres, health institutions and professional associations, retailers, industrial suppliers and startups, in Morocco, France, Switzerland, Canada and the United States.
Some of these I built alone. Others I led as CTO, responsible for architecture, code quality and delivery. Each entry below says which it was, what the problem was, and what was built to solve it.
Walk: a step counter without the ads or the clutter
The step counters on the Play Store were either full of ads or buried under features, so I built my own: free, ad-free, and one screen you can read at a glance.

Quran8: a Quran app organised by thumun
A Quran reading and listening app organised by thumun rather than by chapter, covering four riwayat. Computer vision traced every verse on every printed page and speech recognition timed every verse in every recording, so the recitation highlights the page as it plays.

SMED: a scientific society with governance as data
A scientific society for digestive endoscopy in Morocco. Most society websites hard-code the leadership into a page that goes stale the moment a mandate ends; here the constitution itself is modelled — mandates, boards, commissions and committees — so the site ages with the society.

BCLT: a French-learning platform for children
An online French course for Moroccan children who are struggling at school. I built the platform behind it: a course structure down to individual exercises, monthly exams that mark themselves, per-student progress, subscriptions and payment, and three separate portals.

IFMBTP: a vocational institute with a career centre
A Fès vocational institute training the construction sector's technicians, born of a partnership between Morocco's Ministry of Equipment and the industry federation. The site carries the part that justifies that partnership: a career centre placing graduates with employers.

Arabi Creation: a fashion label's own storefront
A Moroccan label making limited-edition garments that combine traditional craft with modern cut. A storefront built for small, changing collections rather than a large catalogue — Livewire shop and checkout, Stripe payment, and a customer order portal.

Lotus Academy: an Arabic coaching site and course app
A Moroccan coaching practice working on personal, spiritual and family well-being. I built the Arabic landing site and deployed their course app as an instance of The Nest, so programmes, subscription plans and the student area all run on one platform.

Eduway International: study abroad, with an AI advisor
A Moroccan study-abroad agency placing students in Germany, the US, Spain, France and Dubai. The site's job is to answer questions before a student commits — so alongside the programme content it runs an AI assistant that handles them directly.

We4Care: five portals around one care plan
A Swiss platform for family caregivers managing chronic or complex care. Its premise is that software alone doesn't solve coordination, so a human facilitator sits inside the product — with their own portal alongside the patient, the caregiver and the medical provider.

An HR platform for companies from very small to large. Underneath the usual HR surface sits a competency model — a skills dictionary, rated scales, and every role mapped to the skills it needs — which is what makes the planning, assessment and training sides actually connect.

Saraproc: a B2B catalogue for regulated sectors
A certified Moroccan B2B supplier in hygiene, industrial chemicals, water treatment and agricultural nutrition. B2B buying doesn't end at a cart — so alongside the catalogue the site carries downloadable PDF catalogues, quote requests and a careers pipeline.

Digiton: an agency site whose portfolio files itself
The redesign of Digiton's own website, the Moroccan digital agency where I was CTO. The agency sells three things, websites, social media and video, and each now has its own page. None of those pages lists its projects by hand: they come from the portfolio, so a project published once appears everywhere it belongs.

Fès City Group: a school site built for parents
A school group in Fès spanning maternelle to lycée. A school site has two audiences that want opposite things — parents choosing a school, and parents already in it — so this one carries the calendar, announcements and events alongside the admissions material.

Ibn Ghazi Arabic Institute: programmes and applications
An Arabic-language institute in Fez teaching foreign students on-site. Its visitors are deciding whether to travel to Morocco for a term, so the site is built to answer that: programmes, term dates, published fees, and an application handled through the site rather than by email.

A Moroccan institute teaching structured programmes in positive and cognitive psychology. I built their Arabic landing site and stood up their course platform as an instance of The Nest — the white-label product, configured and deployed for a right-to-left audience.

A turnkey e-learning platform for schools, training centres and coaches who want to sell courses without building anything. The engineering decision that matters is that the core is a package, not a template — each client runs their own instance, upgraded from one codebase.

Sahara Desert Dream: circuits, excursions, bookings
A certified tour operator in Ouarzazate running desert, Atlas and imperial-city trips. I built the site around its catalogue: circuits, excursions and activities that visitors filter down to what they want, then request as a reservation — in more than one language.

Sardis: a wholesale catalogue for the trade
A Casablanca wholesaler of sanitary ware and faucets, and Ramon Soler's exclusive partner in Morocco. A trade catalogue browsed by brand rather than by need, with ordering, and archiving so discontinued lines don't break past orders.

Tecas Solar: sizing a solar installation online
A Moroccan solar energy company selling to homes and businesses. The interesting part isn't the catalogue — it's the simulator: a visitor enters their consumption, roof orientation and location, and the site sizes a solution and produces a quote they can take away.

Taxinova: rebuilt for local search
A 24/7 taxi service on Québec's South Shore whose site had come out of an AI website builder — presentable, and invisible in search. I rebuilt it in Statamic around the two things a local service needs: being found, and being booked.

The site you are reading. It ran on WordPress and Divi for five years, until the three things I kept needing — fields of my own, one admin panel, and layout I could reach in code — made a rebuild cheaper than another workaround.

Majalisnoor: a Quran school off WhatsApp and Discord
A Quran programme taught through WhatsApp audio and Discord rooms, organised by hand after every intake. I built the platform that replaced all of it — member area, live classrooms, and a Mushaf reader written from scratch.

Mayastoron: a bookshop launched, not just built
A stocked bookshop platform that was not selling. I gave it an identity of its own, cut the path to an order, brought the traffic, and moved the books into a shipping partner's warehouse. They started selling in the first month.
