Saraproc: a B2B catalogue for regulated sectors

Saraproc supplies professional hygiene, industrial chemicals, water treatment and agricultural nutrition to Moroccan industry, from hospitals to agribusiness, with ONSSA and Cosmos certification.

The site it replaced was WordPress, built as though B2B selling ends at a cart. It does not. A procurement buyer downloads a PDF and circulates it internally long before anyone places an order, a discontinued line has to leave the catalogue without erasing the orders that reference it, and the same company is recruiting while it sells. On a brochure site those are three separate problems with no good answer; in an application they are three tables. Rebuilt on Laravel with Filament, the catalogue, the orders and the hiring all run from one panel.

A catalogue for regulated selling

  • Products organised by sector and category, with ordering.

  • Downloadable PDF catalogues held separately from the product records — what a procurement buyer actually circulates internally.

  • Archiving rather than deletion, so a discontinued line leaves the catalogue without breaking the order history behind it.

Recruitment

  • Published job offers, and spontaneous applications captured through the site.

Built by my team at Digiton, where I was CTO. I set the architecture, reviewed the work, and owned SEO, performance, responsiveness and the deploy.
