I take a project from the first scoping call to the server it runs on: the data model, the interface, the admin your staff actually work in, the deployment and the handover. Most of it is Laravel, with Livewire and Vue JS on the front, Filament where an admin panel earns its keep, and Capacitor when the same codebase has to reach iOS and Android as well as the web.
I have also run the other side of it. At Digiton I was CTO — architecture, testing standards, code review, CI/CD, and coaching a team through all four. At the Ihyae Foundation I was the developer and the project manager on the same projects. That is why working with me is one person to deal with and still a scoped, staged, documented build.
The path here is not a straight line, and I would rather explain it than hide it. I ran the technical side of the Medicine and Pharmacy College of Marrakesh from 2001, spent the ten years after that in sales and team management — meetings, campaigns, keynotes, training people — and came back to development full time in 2022. That decade is where the client-facing half of this job came from: scoping a brief, running a room, saying no to something that will not work. It is also why I count 10+ years of technical experience rather than counting from 2001.
