Majalisnoor

Majalisnoor is an educational program created by Ihyae foundation for teaching the Holy Quran remotely that includes memorization, recitation, simplified interpretation, contemplation and Quranic calligraphy, in addition to parallel courses

My role was to build a new website and an LMS (Learning Management System) with online courses and live sessions, as well as a custom Quranic app tailored to the needs of the program

My approach included the following steps:

• Creating a new graphic identity and theme for the new website

• Using Wordpress as a CMS (Content Management System) and DIVI as a theme builder

• Ensuring responsiveness website wide for Phone, Tablet and desktop modes

• Including the most important sections on the homepage: About us, Features, Testimonials, Contact us, etc.

• Using Litespeed features for page cashing

• Creating over 60 PHP/Javascript/CSS code snippets for extending website features

• Creating custom member area for subscribers with: Personal account information, Online courses and Google Meet live session rooms 

• Sending email/whatsapp messaging for marketing campaigns and automatic subscription events

• Implementing automatic whatsapp responses for common requests

• Subdividing Quranic Mushaf pages, recitations and word meanings into 480 Thumuns (60 sections divided by eight)

• Combining divided elements into a single page Quranic reader app

• Creating a marketing video for Social Media advertising
