Refund Policy
I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines when and how refunds are granted for products and services sold on mehdimekouar.com.
Digital Products: 14-day refund, iIf not as described.
Online Courses: 14-day refund, if less than 30% completed.
Subscriptions: Non-refundable, cancel to stop renewal.
1. Digital products
Digital products (code kits, templates, downloadable files) are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:
The product does not function as described on the sales page.
You encounter a technical issue that I am unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
The product was purchased in error (duplicate purchase).
Because digital files are delivered instantly and can be downloaded immediately, refunds are not granted simply because you changed your mind after downloading the files.
2. Online courses
If you are not satisfied with an online course, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 30% of the course content. This threshold ensures the policy is not misused while giving you enough time to genuinely evaluate the course.
Refund requests for courses where more than 30% of the content has been accessed will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
3. Subscriptions
Subscription charges (monthly or annual) are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
If you were charged after attempting to cancel due to a technical error, please contact me and I will investigate promptly.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, please contact me with the following information:
Your name and email address used for the purchase.
Your order number or receipt (provided by Paddle at checkout).
The reason for your refund request.
I aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:
The 14-day window has passed.
You have already received a refund for the same product previously.
The request appears to be part of a pattern of abuse of this policy.
The product has been used to create a derivative work that has been published or distributed.
6. Chargebacks
I encourage you to contact me directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in your account being suspended. I am committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
7. Changes to this policy
I reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
