These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the products, services, and digital content offered by Mehdi Mekouar through mehdimekouar.com. By purchasing or using any of my products or services, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and services

I sell three categories of products through this site:

Digital products: downloadable files such as code kits, templates, and other digital resources, sold as one-time purchases.
App subscriptions: recurring access to web or mobile applications, billed monthly or annually.
Online courses: educational video content and associated materials, sold as one-time purchases with lifetime access.

2. Purchases and payment

All purchases are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Your payment details are collected and processed by Paddle and are subject to their terms and privacy policy. I do not store your credit card or payment information.

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location; Paddle handles all tax compliance.

3. Licenses

Upon completing a purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product or access the service, solely for your personal or internal business use.

You may not resell, redistribute, share access credentials, or use any purchased content to create competing products without explicit written permission.

4. Subscriptions

Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time on subscription plans unless required by applicable law.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with my Refund Policy. In general, I offer a 14-day refund window on digital products and courses. Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this Site: including but not limited to course videos, written materials, code, designs, and branding: is owned by or licensed to Mehdi Mekouar and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

7. User responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information when creating an account or making a purchase.
Keep your account credentials confidential and not share access with others.
Use all products and services for lawful purposes only.
Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any purchased content beyond the license granted.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

All products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. I do not guarantee that digital products will be error-free or that any results described in course materials will be achieved.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of my products or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. My total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

10. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. When I do, I will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site or any product after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved informally, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Morocco.
